All templates include layered TIF files to work with most software. All brush sets include a CS2 or higher ABR file as well as individual PNGs. Read our FAQs or contact us for more information. Shipping and Returns Shipping We ship to both domestic and international locations. Shipping cost is based on the total weight of the product and packaging, and on the priority you select at checkout. Our standard method of shipping is via US Postal Service, but other shipping methods will be considered upon written request. Returns All returns must be approved first via email request and authorization. If a valid reason is given for returning an item, the amount of refund will be determined by the condition of the returned item and the reason for the return. The purchaser will be responsible to pay for the cost to return the item(s), and the original cost to ship will not be refunded.
